Teacher Training

• Holistic Education that covers all major aspects of Yoga (asana, meditation, pranayama, mantras, mudras and more) in theory and practice, and many other related skills and systems like Kung Fu, Shamanism, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Dance, Mixed Movements, Vibration and Sound Healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine
• Practice multiple styles of Yoga like: Hatha, Sivananda, Yoga Synergy, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Power Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra
• Sound Healing Concert to Cleanse your Chakras
• Reiki I (and possibly Reiki II & III) Attunement
• Study and directly practice the Philosophy and Lifestyle of Yoga
• Education in Anatomy and Physiology in both the Physical and Energetic Bodies
• Develop the most efficient way of moving your own body in a mindful manner
• Customize creative, intelligent and fun-filled sequences for a Vinyasa based class
• Natural Connection in the Tatra Mountains
• Pre-requisite Online Yoga Synergy Anatomy course by Simon Borg-Olivier
• Individual training and counseling sessions available if needed
• Thai and Balinese Massage and other elements of “Body Work”

This is just a rough outline of the course to give you an idea of what might happen during each week. Please keep an open mind and know this weekly plan can, and most likely will, change.

Week 1: First we learn about the body. Week 1 focuses on Anatomy (both the physical and energetic body) and Physiology

Weekend 1 : Walk around Krakow, Sound Healing Concert, Reiki Attunement

Week 2: Then we move the body. Week 2 focuses on many different styles of Movement

Weekend 2: Trip out of Krakow to Tatra Mountains

Week 3: Then we move out from the body and raise our awareness to the intelligence, consciousness and supreme consciousness. Week 3 focuses on Philosophy, Spirituality and the Lifestyle of Yoga

Weekend 3: Trip out of Krakow to Tatra Mountains

Week 4: We get down to business. Week 4 focuses on planning/sequencing a class, teaching a Vinyasa class, and making a career in Yoga

Weekend 4: Graduation party and closing circle

7:00 am – 7:30: Meditation
7:30 – 8:00: Energy Work ( Something like Pranayama and QiGong)
8:00 – 10:00 Physical Asana Practice
10-10:30: break
10:30 -12:00 : Analytical/Theoretical review about the Physical practice and dissection of certain asanas
12:00-1:00 lunch
1:00-2:00: Discussion/Lecture (For example: Introduction to Philosophy/Spirituality and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras)
2:00-3:00 Activity like Mantras, Chanting and how to use sound/vibration
3:00-4:00: Lecture or Discussion (anatomy, chakras and nutrition)
4:00-5:00 : Light Physical Practice or Body Work/Massage

In the words of Kurt Cobain, “Come as you are.” You do not need to be an “Advanced Practitioner” of Yoga or even want to teach Yoga. All you have to do is want to learn more about Yoga. Of course it will help if you have a regular practice and some previous knowledge about Yoga and Meditation, as the course will be rather intense, but if you feel confident and want to try, who am I to say no?

We also ask you to  be open and understanding about the global pandemic that is Covid-19. This virus is causing chaos around the world, but in some ways, it has also brought the world together and in my opinion, it has also made us realize that we can no longer take for granted that life is precious and at any moment things can be taken away from us. Of course if we have to move or cancel the teacher training course, we will give you a full refund, but we also ask that if you’re flying to Poland, to please pay the extra fee for insurance, just in case you need to cancel or move your flight. If there are not at least 5 people signed up by the end of the year, we will either move the course to a later date or possibly cancel it all together.
